Check sample size

Estimate how many animals you need per group. The effect size, alpha and power values shown are the usual defaults; adjust them to your study.

Binomial test

Proportions (yes/no outcomes), comparing against a 50% baseline.

Relative change from the 50% baseline you want to detect.
